Atmosphere of Sound
Atmosphere of Sound: Sonic Art in Times of Climate Disruption is a 250-page publication released in September 2024, designed by Becca Lofchie Studio with support from UCLA Art|Sci’s in-house design team. The book complements the Art|Sci’s PST ART exhibition of the same name.
During my internship at the studio, I contributed to designing this publication at various levels, including setting up parent pages and text styles, designing specific spreads, creating pull-quote styles, adjusting body text ragging, fixing footnote positions, and adding image captions.
